Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Holly & Light. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@hollyandlight.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will replace it free of charge.
